MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEMS



STANDARD LOADING UNLOADING SYSTEM FOR LAMINATES SHEET consists of
ONE – Mechanically operated Wheeled TWIN- CAGE:
One For holding uncured forming stacks and one for holding cured Forming stacks.
Each shelve furnished with slide-rolls for smooth movements of forming stacks to & fro. Each shelves provided with individual side guide rollers with bearing to minimize friction and enhance aligned Loading & Unloading.
ONE – Hydraulically operated PUSHER-PULLER
For simultaneously pulling out cured stacks of all daylights and simultaneously pushing in uncured stacks in all daylights for the transfer to & fro between the Cage & Press. Dual speed provision for smooth start-stop to avoid vibration. This helps to avoid disturbance in raw assembly stacks.
TWO – Hydraulically operated ELEVATOR-LIFT:
The new design of the lift instead of scissors operating on pivots, The lift top sliding vertically and guided by rollers on dual beam structure on either side.
Vertical movement carried out through Twin hydraulic cylinders Operating Synchronized and guided on rollers with bearings which gives long life maintenance free operations of the lift.
ONE- PLC PANEL – One plc panel to operate the above system with necessary drives and overload devices to function the system in auto and manual modes.
Material handling systems for laminates Loading Unloading System for Laminates
We have developed Material Handling System for Laminate Sheet which are installed From Calcutta to Morbi and from Yamunanagar to Coimbatore more than 325 nos. Material Handling Systems & Vacuum Lift-Hoist are working satisfactorily all over India. Some of our customers like Virgo Industries., Vir Laminates ., Durian Laminates , Green Ply Laminates, Airolam laminates , Harmony Laminates are using our more than couple of systems since establishment of their unit
Instead of going for complicated design we have developed handling systems with wide range of engineering and operational advantages to the users along with the longer trouble free operational life. Easy to maintain, lower maintenance cost, rouged construction with safety measures are the features of our product.
The Auto and manual cycles of the system are divided in sections so as to operate the system with minimum down time during continuous operation. For certain interlocks disturbing the system in fully automatic mode the system can be operated with that particular section to be operated manually and the remaining works on in auto mode. The automation logic of the system is easy to understand and is susceptible to minimum disturbances while operation.
TWO – Stack-Forming TABLES:
Each furnished with motorised Twin belt conveyor on the table- top. One Table to take over the cured stacks from the Elevator-Lift (Lift Stationed at Table- level) Another Table to transfer uncured forming stacks from the Assembly-table to the lift-top
ONE – POWER PACK :
To Operate the above Equipments. Complete with necessary controls, overload safety provision, oil reservoir & pipe connections but without hyd. oil.
ONE – Electric Control-Box :
With push-button stations for commanding the operations of the System. Provided with indicating lamps and necessary interlocks for safety.
ONE- PLC PANEL – One plc panel to operate the above system with necessary drives and overload devices to function the system in auto and manual modes.
