We manufacture Hydraulic Press for PTFE moulding having capacity 5 tones to 3000 tones. We have manufactured various type of presses for PTFE processing like Vertical, Horizontal, up stroke, down stroke, double acting etc. Provisions of floating platens, fix platens, and with platen insertion and removal provision.
We have designed and developed special hydraulic circuit for this field. Our presses are not just hydraulic press for this field. It’s designed and developed after due consideration of the Property of PTFE material.
Also we have designed and manufactured presses with unique die insertion and removal system. This handling system includes safety measures, time saving in processing and damages of dies.
We manufacture Hydraulically operated Extruder for PTFE tape. Electrically heating and push button operated extruder to extrude PTFE tape. Proved success product users are No.1 in the Market of end product and also bonafied vendors in aerospace industries.
